     - attend load out / discharge brief on behalf of client & report outcomes

     - attend load out / discharge operations on behalf of client & provide shift operation summaries

     - prepare & submit full report at completion of load out / discharge

* Biosecurity Risk Material Management ( compliance with Australia's Biosecurity requirements)

     - inspection of modular items at fabrication yards / berths prior to loading of the vessel at the Port of               origin 

     - inspection of the vessel's cargo hold prior to loading to ensure a clean vessel is presented

     - monitor the discharge of cargo from international vessel to shore to ensure cargo is free of Biosecurity         risk material

     - notifying Dept. of Agriculture, Water and Environment (DAWE) of any issues with the cargo which may           pose a Biosecurity risk and obtain advice

     - correspondence with DAWE

* ISPM Management

     - ensure all timber packing associated with break bulk cargo is ISPM15 compliant

     - ensure all timber packaging treated are identified by a set of permanent stamps applied to the timber           item 

     - ensure any timber used is free of bark and has been treated by a DAWE approved method
